Prince Owusu Asamoah is an Investment Analyst at Injaro Investment Advisors Limited, supporting the sourcing, structuring, and execution of private equity transactions through financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, investment memo preparation, and investor reporting.
He previously worked as a Research Analyst Intern at Black Star Group, conducting equity research on listed companies, preparing research reports, and contributing to internal investment discussions.Prince holds a BSc in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he graduated with First Class Honours.While at university, he served as President of the Finance and Investment Club-KNUST, leading training initiatives, mentoring members, and spearheading the establishment of a student-managed investment fund. He also led a team that won the 2023 National Stock Competition organized by the Young Investors Network.
Prince holds certifications in Financial Modelling & Valuation Analysis from the Corporate Finance Institute and a professional certification from the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute.
