Ilsemarie Gezzelley is a Project Analyst at Injaro Investment Advisors Limited, where she supports project management and strategic initiatives and contributes to reporting across the firm’s funds and projects. Her work includes performance tracking, analytical support, and coordination across multi-stakeholder investment and advisory engagements.
Prior to joining Injaro, Ilsemarie worked at Absa Bank Ghana as an Assistant Product Manager, supporting digital product strategy through market and competitor research, identifying customer pain points to inform product improvements, and collaborating with software development and sales teams to deliver product and marketing initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and is currently a Level II student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
